Random Acts of Kindness: August Edition

Another month of awesome books that have just piled up. The awesome ladies at Book Soulmates host this monthly meme. You sign up, you make a wish list and send others who have signed up, books on their lists. It's such a great program. You never know what you'll get. I didn't send out that much this month since I spent all my money on RomCon in Denver. Hopefully September will be a better one.

Random Acts of Kindness: August


How BIG is your RAK? Every month, the ladies at Book Soulmates host Random Acts of Kindness. It is where you sign up with your wish list, other participants have a look-see and if they have a book you'd like, they'll contact you and send it. Books are new, used, ARCs or ebooks.

Check out my RAK for July.

This being the 6th month the ladies are doing this, they have decided to do a $20 Amazon gift card giveaway to a lucky RAK participant.





RULES RE-CAP -
NEW request added:

  • Sign up each month that you'd like to participate.
  • Show off your participation by grabbing the RAK button (on the sidebar) :)
  • Create a wish list (on Amazon, Goodreads, or your blog etc) and post it in the Google Doc located in each R.A.K post for the month.
  • If you choose to do a R.A.K for someone, check out their wish list and contact that blogger for their address.
  • NEW REQUEST: Please, once you receive a RAK, email or tweet {Vanessa} so that she can update the Google doc. There are a lot of requests for this!

Book Soulmates

Woo-hoo! It's a new month and a new RAK by the fabulous ladies of Book Soulmates. This is a monthly program where you sign up with your wish list and you just might get something awesome from a fellow RAK-er. Also, don't forget to give back. It's a wonderful feeling giving and receiving books. And it's summer so that means a bit of down time reading at the beach, in your car, at the bus stop, using the book as a cover to ogle the hunky lifeguard.

Random Acts of Kindness- June Edition

Random Acts of Kindess is hosted by the ultra fabulous ladies of Book Soulmates aka Vanessa and Isalys. At the beginning of each month, you can sign up on their site with your wishlist and you may receive a book from another participant. It's a really great monthly program! New, used, paperback, hardback, ARCs, and eBooks are welcome to be sent out to participants who have the book on their list. This is my second month participating and I received some awesome books that I've been coveting. I also sent out some really great books.

Okie-dokie artichokey! It's a new month and the ladies at Book Soulmates have posted a new sign up sheet for Random Acts of Kindness.This is a monthly meme/program where people link their wishlists and others fulfill it.

Random Acts of Kindness: May Edition

Book Soulmates

This is my first time participating in Random Acts of Kindness which is hosted by the lovely ladies of Book Soulmates. This is a month long meme where people post their wishlists and other people fulfill them. It's a really great program! 

It totally surprised me when I was contacted by a couple people saying that they wanted to send me something on my wishlist. I also sent out some. That was amazing! There ARE kind people out there. =) Without further ado, I give you the R.A.K's I received.

Random Acts of Kindness is Book Soulmates monthly event. This is my first time participating in it. To participate, just click on the picture and it will take you to their site. There's a sign up sheet and also a list of who is participating.
