To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…
• What are you currently reading?
• What did you recently finish reading?

All's Fair in Love & Seduction by Beverley Kendall. This is a novella in her Elusive Lords series. I have been waiting for it for a looong time, or so it seems. After cowboys, I think it's time to go back to tried and true: historicals.
Ripe for Pleasure by Isobel Carr. Still chugging on through this book. It's taking me a while but I think I'm at a good point in the book where it'll hold my attention and make me keep reading it into the wee hours of the morning.

Cowboys Like Us by Vicki Lewis Thompson. I actually liked this book. I mean come on, what's there NOT to like about cowboys? You know, the tight jeans, the worn out boots, the snap button shirts (easy access), the 10 gallon hat, the work roughened hands... Shall I keep going? Oh and lots of steamy sex. Read my review here.
Should've Been A Cowboy by Vicki Lewis Thompson. 2 Vicki Lewis Thompson books in a row? There must be something in the water. I guess I'm sort of going backwards in the series but it's all good. This is 2 books before Cowboys Like Us. Maybe I'm unconsciously getting ready for RomCon and the Wild West Roundup. Brushing up on cowboy lingo, western wear and hopefully the cowboys will all be as yummy as the men at the Last Chance Ranch.

Dark Lover by J.R. Ward. Yes, I may finally make my foray into the world of the Black Dagger Brotherhood. I hear you gasping. Yes, I have been living under a rock apparently since I've never read any of these books or a few other author's until Jamie Lynn came along and opened my eyes. These days, I like a variety in my reading so after cowboys and lords, I'm ready for vamps. Bring them on!
